Terms and Conditions
1. Cleaning Services
The Service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed between you and Brighter Choices Pty Ltd at the time of booking and agreement of a detailed Quote scoping the work detailed.
All cleaning products and equipment required to service your property are provided by Brighter Choices Pty Ltd.
If, at any time prior to or during your service, a staff member at Brighter Choices feels there is a safety issue, at their discretion, they can terminate the service.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Provide a safe working environment for Brighter Choices Pty Ltd to perform the Service.
Leave access unobstructed to those areas of the Property requiring the Service.
Provide Brighter Choices Pty Ltd access to all service utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins) as required to complete the Service as agreed.
Prior to the commencement of the Service, inform Brighter Choices Pty Ltd of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks, or dangers you’re aware of.
3. Payment Terms
The Customer agrees to pay at completion of service upon receipt of a detailed invoice.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or direct deposit.
Direct deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of the completed service and prior to the next scheduled service.
Direct Debit is only available for regular cleaning services upon request.
4. Late Payment Fee
The Customer agrees to pay in full, upon receipt of invoice for completed services.
The Customer agrees to pay a late fee administration charge of $10 per day, 7 days after the invoice due date if no payment is made for completed services as per invoice due.
5. GST
Tax Invoices are available for all services carried out by Brighter Choices Pty Ltd.
6. Quotations
Brighter Choices Pty Ltd prides itself on accurate quotes. We will need to view your property in person in order to commit to a quote for work and services.
If a service is requested outside of the original quote (example, addition of a linen change or window clean), you will be informed of any extra cost before work commences.
Any changes to the Service originally agreed to between Brighter Choices Pty Ltd and yourself must be agreed to with an agreed price prior to the service commencing.
If time allows, Brighter Choices Pty Ltd may agree to provide the additional services on that same day. Otherwise a day and time that suits both can be agreed on.
8. Changes to scopes of works
Any changes to the Service originally agreed to between Brighter Choices Pty Ltd and yourself must be advised to and the price agreed on prior to the service commencing.
9. Complaints
Customers must report dissatisfaction with the Service provided, within 24 hours of completion of the Service. Brighter Choices Pty Ltd will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Subject to clause 11, Brighter Choices may, at its discretion, offer the Customer either of the following:
A partial or full refund.
Re-supply of the Service without charge
10. Accidents, Breakage, Damage & Theft
The Customer must inform Brighter Choices Pty Ltd of any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property or theft has occurred due to any act of the Cleaner provided. This must be reported via email to the Director Emily.Brewer@brighterchoices.com.au within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the Customer is not entitled to claim any loss for any incident if the incident is not reported to Brighter Choices Pty Ltd within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
Any accusation of Theft must be reported to the Police before Brighter Choices Pty Ltd can proceed with any recovery action.
11. Your Details/Personal Information
Brighter Choices Pty Ltd agrees not to share any information provided by the Customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service (unless required to do so by law).
By providing your details to Brighter Choices Pty Ltd, you agree to the company holding your information and to be contacted in relation to supplying you all relevant information in relation to the services provided by Brighter Choices Pty Ltd including competitions and information you have subscribed to. Your choice of subscription will always be available.
12. No Locked in Contract
At Brighter Choices Pty Ltd our vision is to create a better everyday life for each one of our colleagues and customers. It’s our mission to provide Hills District Home Cleaners that do such a fantastic job, you won’t be able to live without them. You are not locked into any contracts with regards to regular cleaning services. At any time you feel our services are slipping, please tell us. We believe in good communication. We keep in touch to ensure your happy so we can do everything in our power to keep you happy and relaxed when you walk into your home after a Brighter Choices service.

Brighter Choices’ Children’s Halloween Colouring Competition Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The competition is open to children aged 12 and under who are residents of Australia. Employees or family members of Brighter Choices are not eligible to participate. You must be a current resident of the Hills District of Sydney and be located within our Hills District service zone. Suburbs included: Acacia Gardens, Annangrove, Baulkham Hills, Beaumont Hills, Bella Vista, Box Hill, Castle Hill, Dural, Glenhaven, Glenwood, Kellyville, Kenthurst, Norwest, Parklea, Round Corner, Rouse Hill, Schofields, Stanhope Gardens and The Ponds.
- The Prize: 1 x Trifecta House cleaning service from Brighter Choices up to the value of $250* and a $50 cinema gift card. The prize must be redeemed before the 30 November 2023 and can only be completed between 9:30am – 2:30pm on a Monday through November.
- Entry Period: The competition begins at 12:00 PM (AEST) on Saturday, 21st October 2023 and ends at 12:00 PM (AEST) on Tuesday, 31st October 2023. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must follow the instructions given in the guide they received, colour the provided Halloween-themed sheet and submit a photo of their completed artwork via direct message on Facebook or Instagram. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by a panel of judges from Brighter Choices. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
- Notification: The winner will be notified via Direct Message on the platform they used to enter the competition within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.
- Rights: By entering the competition, participants agree to have their submitted name and image displayed on our social media platforms and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. All entries will be displayed on the Brighter Choices social media pages.
- Winner Announcement: The winning entry will be posted on our social media pages at 7:00 PM (AEST) on Tuesday, 31st October 2023.
- Privacy: All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Brighter Choices reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate, or misleading personal details and/or information.
- Acceptance: Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
